How do I use this table?
Review the "Samples Missing" column. If there is a zero here, your sample has been reported. Otherwise the number of samples that are still outstanding are reported here
What samples are included?
All sample schedules (QT,YR,3Y, 6Y and 9Y) excluding those on monthly, weekly or other more frequent sampling schedules
What does on MAP Schedule mean?
The Monitoring Assistance Program is scheduled to collect this sample for you
I only see one quarterly schedule, instead of four for the year
