OT SIG There was higher than normal turbidity in the source water from the winter storms. It took months for it to resolve itself. This was likely a complicating factor with the repeat total coliforms. The suspected hose bib handle that was the E coli positive - did have a plumber changing the hose bib just days prior, unknow to the operator. Line was additionally flushed and sprayed.
