OT SIG on 12-23-18 a fire burned down the office building. When the positive sample was taken on 01/11/2019 the building had already been removed but the RTCR001 sample tap was still operational. Due to the proximity to the fire (located on the south side of the building), the tap or PVC pipe could've been compromised causing the positive bacteria sample. Following the notification of the positive bacteria sample, the system disinfected the stage tank and distribution system providing an adequate chlorine residual. Repeat samples were taken on 1/14/19 and all repeat samples were absent. 01-11-2019 02-01-2019
