OT MIN The August 23, 2021 RTCR001 water sample had a bacteria failure but no E. coli failure. We were notified by the lab about coliform failure on 08/24/21. On 08/25/21, we took 3 repeat samples and well sample as defined on MSSP. RTCR001, RTCR001UP, RTCR001DN came back present while well sample due to GWR came back absent for coliform. When the original sample, Up and Down samples were taken it could have been contaminated by rainwater in the well that then collected in the storage tank prior due to excessive flooding a few days earlier. 08-26-2021 08-26-2021
