OT SIG On 11/8/2022, the routine monthly sample results at RTCR-002 Grizzly Distribution Valve came back positive for Total Coliform but E.coli absent. On 11/10/22 the repeat samples results all came back absent including the source except the upstream location of 36 Lake view. In both incidents the sampling tap may have contributed to the positive TC samples. The Grizzly Distribution Valve sample site is challenging to disinfect properly each time and the sample tap is inadequate. The 36 Lake view location is on a dead end that loops so the minerals in the water settle with no blow off valve or hydrates to flush the system. 11-22-2022 01-31-2023
