Deficiency #2: The low pressure gauge at the bottom of the storage tank is not functioning.
Technical Basis: Engineering Bulletin No. 10, Chapter 6, E.7. LEVEL CONTROLS
A water level indicating device shall be provided for each finished water storage unit. Installation of these devices will permit more efficient operation of the system and a more accurate record of water usage.
Recommendation: Repair or replace the low pressure gauge at the bottom of the storage tank.

Deficiency #1: Failure to maintain a clean well site.
Technical Basis: Snakes, rodents and insects dwell in debris and excess vegetation. They can carry contaminants and diseases that could seep into a well during rain events.
Recommendation: Remove excess vegetation from the well site to minimize attracting snakes, rodents and insects.
