The following issues were found:
¿ There had been leaks in the distribution system in December 2018 but no recent leaks.
¿ No Tucson Water had been used for several months. The Tucson Water Interconnection
was checked, and no issues were observed.
¿ As with the previous Level 1 Assessment, it was observed that the problem appeared to
be in the vicinity of the Office (#12). The upstream sample and the well sample were
both TC-.
¿ A closer inspection of the irrigation system at the office revealed an irrigation valve box
with a healthy snail population ¿ and there were no anti-siphon valves installed.
¿ Another nearby irrigation box had old, unused piping/valves still connected to the
irrigation system.
