OT SIG Samples were taken on 09-12-2023. After 24 Hrs, they were found to be positive for BACT. Well samples were taken at all wells currently supplying water to the system. Retake of sample site were taken along with upstream and downstream of the sample site. Chlorination of the system was also started. Flushing of the water system was enacted at blow off sites and services. After 24 hrs the retake of samples were also found to be positive again. Chlorination of system was continued. Flushing was done again for a longer period of time till residual was reached at all spots. Samples were retaken and after 24 hrs they were found to be absent at that time. It is believed that recent construction of water system additions was to blame. 09-15-2023 09-15-2023
