Technical Basis:Engineering Bulletin No.10 Chapter 6, E.10 ROOF AND SIDEWALL The roof and sidewalls of all finished water storage units shall be watertight with no direct openings except for properly constructed vents, manholes, overflows, risers, drains, pump mountings, control parts or piping for inflow and outflow.
