"The system Shut down middle of April 2020 due to COVID 19 pandemic. Flow to the taps were shut down at the water plant. We suspect an unauthorized person attempted to draw water from the tap using an unstigmatized hose. When the tap was opened there was a vacume and contaminated water was drawn into the system." |
