OT SIG Operator and Site Manager inspected the chlorinator and found that the intake tube and the bottom of the chlorinator were covered in debris. The disinfectant previously being used was aged and no longer effective. The operator instructed the Site POC to clean out the chlorinator and dispose of ineffective disinfectant.
