Result was total coliform positive/ E. coli negative (TC+/EC-). Repeat and triggered GWR samples were taken on 04/16/2021. All repeat results were also TC+/EC-. The raw water sample was TC-/EC-. Repeated turnover of management and maintenance personnel had resulted in inconsistent chlorination/maintenance of system.
