OT SIG ISSUE DESCRIPTION: On August 11, 2020 Inspectors Steven Vogel and LaPriel Tohtonie arrived at the system to perform a Level 2 Assessment, issues that were noted are sampling locations were unsecured with vegetation close to both routine sampling spigots RTCR001 and RTCR002, and a boater damage the system's surface water intake line to the treatment plant which was sealed off prior to the assessment, system is operating with only one of two intake lines. 08-11-2020 08-11-2020
