OT SIG Original routine monthly sample collected at 1559. Noticed the chlorinator wasn't pumping chlorine solution into the system as the tube had popped off the chlorinator on the outlet side of the inner system. The tube had been replaced on 5/13/2022, and there was significant chlorine solution present on the chlorinator and floor. Tube was reattached to the chlorinator. 06-14-2022 07-29-2022
