TR SIG Sept-Nov. 2017-PWS used backup storage tank while main storage tank taken out of service to refurbish, and placed back in service on 11/10/17. PWS used chlorine treatment from Oct. 2017- Jan.15, 2018. Coliform monitoring reported negative during this period. Last chlorine treatment on 1/15.18. Sample collected on 2/7/18, positive for coliform, no e.coli. Repeats collected within 24 hours of lab notice, all samples and raw sample were positive for coliform, no e.coli. Public notice sent to residents and started chlorination treatment. 3/1/18-Assessment 2 completed-potential source issue aging of well casing, March 2018, distribution samples negative, raw sample at well head postive, no e.coli.
