OT SIG Unclean or unsuitable sample taps. EPDS and Well head sample tap have interior threading. Treatment added: Emergency chlorination designated by PDEQ started on 09/23/207. PDEQ instructed water system to maintain a chlorine residual of 0.5 mg/L and to submit MRDLs beginning and end of the week after the E. Coli MCL was confirmed. Storage Tank Disrepair: Level 2 assessment conducted on 08/23/2017 by DEQ identified PWS planning to inspect storage tank that showed signs of deterioration, rust, and accumulation of sludge in the sediment tank. Improper cross connection identified by operator with an animal hydration station.
