OT SIG Routine sample was taken on 07/06/2022. Result was total coliform positive/E coli negative (TC+/EC-). Repeat and triggered GWR samples were not taken within 24-hours of lab notification. They were taken on 07/29/2022. The RTCR001DN result was TC+/EC-. Other results were TC-/EC-. The residual disinfectant level in the routine sample was only 0.04. That level has been sufficient in many prior samples, but apparently was not on 07/06/2022. However, on 07/29/2022, RDL was 0.46 in the RTCR001DN sample. No cause was found for the contamination. Routine samples in August and September both TC-/EC-, with RDLs of 0.0 and 0.07, respectively. 07-29-2022 07-29-2022
