1. The system is connected to the City of Benson for emergency purposes. This should be included in the Emergency Operations Plan, along with detailed steps to contact the City of Benson to access and use the interconnect in an emergency.
2. The contacts for the Power Company and the generator rental companies are outdated and need to be updated in the Emergency Operations Plan.
3. The Emergency Operations Plan does not address:
- The Chemical or microbiological contamination of the water supply.
- Provisions of alternate sources of water during the emergency; and
- Disinfection and testing of the distribution system once service is restored. |

The 4th quarter of 2017 arsenic result at EPDS004, after the media was changed, was 0.0045 mg/l. RAA is still over MCL at EPDS004 for the 4th quarter of 2017. |
