OT SIG ISSUE DESCRIPTION - "On 8/24/20 while sampling we identified that the new construction taking place in the water system caused irregular main breaks and Flushing of the system causing dirt and particles to enter the water system, The system was flushed but we still got a positive bac-t sample. After the positive sample the repeats were taken and found the upstream and downstream were positive as well. From that point we Disinfected and Flushed the water system of any possible contaminated water. Due to our ongoing construction there have been multiple line breaks and we have had to disinfect and flush the system fairly often which in turn has caused some flaking to start coming off from the old pipe that is being replaced. We believe once the construction is finished we should not have any sampling issues. Overall the main issue we determined is the Main Breaks and flushing cuasing dirt and particles to enter the the water system" 09-16-2020 09-16-2020
