OT SIG ISSUES IDENTIFIED: Sampling Protocol: Sampler error Storage Tanks: Deterioration, rust, holes, or other breaches in vent, overflow pipe, access hatch, screens, ladders, etc.; Other: possible stagnant water/dirty tanks ISSUE DESCRIPTION: "On October 22nd a sample was taken at the RTCR001, the following day we received word that it came back positive for total coliform. After receiving this call we collected our repeat samples and had 2 positives, the original site and well 3 (55-596426). After collecting the repeat samples, the system was disinfected and flushed. We then performed follow up sampling with a different operator on October 28th, all of these samples reported absent. Following this sampling we investigated the tanks and found that some of the tanks had sediment on the bottom portion of the tank. We also found the screens had been damaged on the vents and have since been replaced with new screens. On November 5th we sampled the RTCR location and another location in the park and had absent results." 10-28-2020 10-28-2020
