OT SIG Initial sample was taken 4-4-19. At that time there was no indication of possible contamination, but the chlorine residual was lower than normal. The tap was flushed and the sample was taken. Thehre was no notification of the positive bacteria sample from the lab after the sample was analyzed. When the positive sample was discovered on 4-16-19, MCESD was notified and repeat samples were taken on 4-17-19. All repeats were negative.
