SO SIG 14 -14 on March 23, 2020 - 1. Construction without an Approval to Construct. During the on-site inspection, the certified operator indicated that the well on file had been inactive and the water system was currently obtaining source water from an unapproved source. In accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R18-5-505, a public water system must obtain an Approval to Construct certificate from the Department prior to adding or modifying any water source. 2. Operating without Approval of Construction. Public water systems must obtain an Approval of Construction in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R18-5-507 prior to the operation of a new water source. 3. Operating without a New Source Approval. Public water systems must obtain a New Source Approval from this Department in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R18-5-505 prior to connecting any water source to a public water system. 03-23-2020
