OT SIG Received notice by telephone from lab Friday, July 5 at 5:10 PM. That July routine sample was TC+. PWC is very rural and there was no manner of shipping a new sample within the 24 hour period. Four prepeats were taken on Monday, July 10 and results of those were TC absent. PWC has subsequently been informed by ADEQ with a list of labs that accept samples on weekends, etc. And we are now aware that there is a lab appx 45 miles away that we can use should a case of this nature occur again. PWC determined that it is possible that TC+ may have resulted from a customer leaving his outdoor water on in error and left the area for 2 days, therefore causing an unusually high amount of water being drawn form the well.
