Please provide analyses to demonstrate if the wells serving EPDS 104, 301, 312 and 316 are hydrogeologically sensitive. EPDS 104 - Please provide any BMPs for the identified ALUs or other source water protection measures in place to protect the wellheads. EPDS 312 - The boundary of the Williams Air Force Base (WAFB) National Priorities List (NPL) site in the waiver application and the boundary in the EDR Radius report appear to differ which impacts the proximity of this ALU to DW12. Please identify the correct site boundary, update any ALU information after this determination is made, and provide information on how this well is protected from any contamination from the WAFB NPL site. Please provide any BMPs for the other identified ALUs or other source water protection measures in place to protect the wellheads.
