OT SIG 10/03/2019 Tap where water sample was taken is starting to corrode and is now being replaced as soon as parts come in. 09/19/19, water level in storage tanks was found to be extremely low 09/25/19; traced water loss to failed check valve. 10/16/2019 check valve failed in our system greatly reducing the amount of water in our storage tanks. This forced a greater than average pumping to the storage tanks. There was also an increase in sediment in the tank and water sample./ 10-23-2019 11-01-2019
