Storage Tanks 001 (South, 280,000 gallons) and 002 (North, 350,000 gallons) are located inside the perimeter of the SWTP. A section of the fence on the east side of the tanks has eroded away causing a large gap underneath it.
Storage Tank 003 (3rd Street Tank, 750,000 gallons) has graffiti on it because of the easy access around the fence and hill on the backside of the site.
Storage tank 004's area around the tank is not secured from unauthorized access.
Area around Storage Tanks 005/006 is not secure from unauthorized access.
Storage Tank 007 (Tabor, 25,000 gallons) is not secure from unauthorized access. |
