OT SIG Each of the 4 routine samples for July - October 2022 were total coliform positive/E coli negative (TC+/ EC-). For each month, repeat and triggered GWR samples were not taken within 24-hours of lab notification. The July, September, and October repeats were TC-/EC-). The August repeat samples, to include the triggered GWR sample, were TC+/EC-. The owner who usually ensures the chlorinator is operational, was infirm during this period. The chlorinator was dry at the time of each of the routine samples. After each TC+ result, the chlorinator would be filled, but the system was not necessarily flushed, to draw the disinfectant through the system 07-31-2021 11-27-2022
