OT SIG Original sample collection was made on June 4, 2018. Notification of TC+ was not received until June 25 in regular mail. Lab indicated that notification was made by email on June 7; email was NOT received by Pinecrest Water. Repeats were pulled on June 26 and were absent any positive TC. Pinecrest Water Company is experiencing increased problems with customers leaving yard watering on extended periods of time (eg. 2 were left on overnite) due to forgetfulness.
